The company is registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague and as an administrator, we will process your personal data in accordance with the principles set out below.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE PROCESS?
We only process personal data that you provide to us in connection with the use of our services (eg in connection with the demand of the machine or its accessories or by subscribing to newsletters, etc.). We may also process your data from online and electronic interactions, including websites, text messages, or third-party social networking applications (eg Facebook).

This is most often the information you provide us when registering for one of our services:

– Name and surname (only if necessary for the specific service)
– Contact and/or delivery address (only if necessary for the specific service)

WHO EVERYONE WILL ACCESS YOUR DATA?
Your data is safe with us. We carefully select our partners to whom we entrust your data and who are able to ensure such technical and organizational security of your data that there is no unauthorized or accidental access to your data or their other misuse. Protecting your data is our priority. All our partners are bound by the obligation of confidentiality and may not use the provided data for any purposes other than those for which we have made it available to them.

Third parties that may have access to your personal information, depending on the nature of the service you use or have used, are:

the persons to whom we provide data for the purpose of analyzing traffic to our websites,
persons who provide for us the technical operation and security of a certain service, or operators of technologies that we use for our services,
persons who technically ensure the distribution of our business and advertising materials for us,

Under certain precisely defined conditions, we are then obliged to transfer some of your personal data on the basis of valid legal regulations, eg to the Police of the Czech Republic, or other bodies active in criminal proceedings, including specialized units (ÚOOZ, Customs Administration, etc.) and other public administration bodies.

WHAT ARE COOKIES AND WHAT KINDS OF COOKIES DO WE USE?
